रघुवंशम् –  प्रथमसर्गः 

महाकविना कालिदासेन विरचितेषु काव्येषु द्वे महाकाव्यत्वेन परिगण्येते । तयोः अन्यतरं रघुवंशम् । श्रीरामः रघुवंशकेतुः इति कीर्त्यते । रघुवंशः तस्य राजानः तेषां पराक्रमाः च एतस्य काव्यस्य विषयः । एतत् सर्वं रमणीयतया वर्णयति कविः अस्मिन् काव्ये ।             

वर्गस्य अवधिः -  October 27, 2026 तः - January 12, 2027 पर्यन्तम् | (12 classes)

वर्गदिनम् /वर्गसमयः प्रतिमङ्गलवासरम्  सायं 8:00 PM तः 9:00 PM पर्यन्तम् (पश्चिमतटीयम्) - PT

अर्हता - कोविदस्तरं समापितवतां S2S-इत्यस्य चतुर्थस्थरस्नातकानां L5-इत्यस्य पारङ्गतानां च छात्राणां सुखवोधाय नागरत्ना-महोदयया एतं पद्यभागं पाठयितुम् अङ्गीकृतम् । वर्गविवरणानि अधः । 

Those who have completed Kovida, S4, or L5 are eligible to register for the course. We ask that participants register only if they intend to attend regularly. For those unable to register now, we plan to offer a guided self-study option next year using recordings from these classes.  

येषां नियमिता उपस्थितिः शक्या ते एव पञ्जीयनं कुर्वन्तु इति अस्माकं प्रार्थना । तेन महोदयायाः बोधनात् वर्गच्छात्राः लाभान्तिाः भवेयुः । अग्रिमसंवत्सरे एतस्य एव पुनरावृत्तिः वर्गस्य मुद्रणानाम् उपयोगेन सनयस्वाध्यायप्रकल्पेन (guided self-study format) अग्रे चाल्यते । तत्र समयनिर्बन्धः वा वर्गभागिनां सङ्ख्यानिर्बन्धः वा न भवति । 

वर्गसञ्चालिका - 

 श्रीमती नागरत्ना हेग्डे महोदया या संस्कृतभारत्याः ज्येष्ठा कार्यकर्त्री विविधशास्त्रविषयाणां शिक्षणे कुशला च । ‘ज्ञानदीप्तिः' ‘उत्तिष्ठत जाग्रत' इत्यादीनां नवानां पुस्तकानां लेखिका । बहूनां लेखानां रचयित्री । पुस्तकानां पत्रिकाणां च सम्पादने निरन्तरं व्यापृता । द्विशताधिकेषु सम्भाषणशिबिरेषु पाठितवती । महोदया प्रथमा माता यस्याः पुत्रस्य मातृभाषा संस्कृतं वर्तते ।

Nagaratna-mahodayaa is scheduled to introduce the study of kAlidAsaH and one of his main works, raghuvaMsham.
